Question: What activities are included in the cost of the program?

Answer: At the Zen Resort, all meals are included. In addition there is one complementary Ayurvedic Treatment, a Three Hour Sunrise Dolphin Sail, and a jungle hike to the local hot springs. In Ubud, we take several hikes through the town and its surrounding area, visiting the local temples, and artisans, and the beautiful rice paddies.. Breakfast will be included in Ubud.

Question: What is not included?

Answer: There are many other activities available, including snorkeling, scuba diving, rice paddy hikes, and more. These can be arranged, at your own expense with the Zen Resort. In Ubud, many local activities are available and can be arranged through Alam Jiwa.
