Integral Expeditions is an educational program
dedicated to the trans-cultural exploration of our
Humanity through aware and open travel.
The human experience is deeply rooted in meaningful
connections among people and we believe that the most
fulfilling way to make those connections is by going
into the world, person to person. Our programs explore
the biological, psychological, political/cultural, and
spiritual dimensions of being human. Led by a Faculty
that includes Doctors of Psychology, Doctors of
Chiropractic, Indigenous Teachers, Artists, College
Professors, and Instructors of Yoga, we have studied
Tibetan Buddhism in the Himalayas, the health care
system of Cuba, mind/body healing in Southeast Asia, and
art, culture, and politics in Latin America.
It is our belief that an integral, multidimensional,
exploration of our world enables us to experience and
realize the complete spectrum of what it means to be
